Senior Business Systems Analyst [Multiple Openings]

Job Location:San Jose, CA, and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

With a high level of independent decision-making capability and minimum supervision the Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for systems analysis, testing procedures, analyzing user requirements, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Duties include:

  • Leading the analysis of system designs, evaluating engineering and business needs.
  • Developing processing systems that align technology solutions with business needs
  • Monitoring business requirements and specifications in order to develop test scripts and test schedules.
  • Setting up base configuration for business process applications
  • Creating the business and technical documentations and document requirements
  • Driving the Analysis of statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product
  • Reporting progress to stakeholders and management, including highlighting probable risks and providing mitigation to overcome the problems
  • Conferring with clients, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding product and production specifications, product capabilities, or status.
  • Position requires travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in CS, EE, MIS, Bus, IT, or related field, and five (5) years’ progressive professional experience as CSA; BSA; Consultant, or related field.

Must have experience with:

  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Service Request Life Cycle (SRLC)
  • Agile Methodologies
  • CMS Functionalities.

Senior Software Developer [Multiple Openings]

Job Location:San Jose, CA, and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Must have experience with:

  • At least one of the following framework: JAVA; Spring or Hibernate; Android Framework
  • Scripting languages: Webservices and JavaScript.

Database Administrator [Multiple Openings]

Job Location:San Jose, CA.

With moderate supervision and oversight the Database Administrator is responsible for identifying database requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing systems and designing proposed systems. Duties include:

  • Defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
  • Installing revised or new systems by proposing specifications and flowcharts. Recommending optimum access techniques. Coordinating installation requirements
  • Preparing users by conducting training, providing information, and resolving problems
  • Supporting database functions by designing and coding utilities.

This position requires a master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in CS, CE, IT, or closely related field, and two (2) years’ experience as Database Administrator, Database Analyst, or closely related occupation.

Must have experience with:

  • At least one of the following: databases: Oracle 11g/12c or Mongo DB
  • At least one of the following operating systems: LINUX or Solaris or Windows
  • At least one of the following languages: SQL or T-SQL or PL/SQL OR UNIX.

CIS Manager [Multiple Openings]

Job Location:San Jose, CA 95131, and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

With a moderate level of independence and moderate supervision the CIS Manager is responsible for planning, initiating, and guiding information technology (IT) projects. Duties include:

  • Leading/managing IT and eCommerce projects in Agile environments.
  • Managing and overseeing IT projects from the planning stages to assessing business implications that will ultimately help improve revenue reporting and distributer management for clients.
  • Managing and participating in project meetings; completing project tracking/analysis reports; and reporting to management and product owners regarding project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Leading and guiding the proper deliverables for enterprise resource planning team and ensuring that scope is clearly defined; planning and directing requirements gathering, software installation, implementation, and systems development.
  • Monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Travel required to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

This position requires a master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in CS, EE, CIS, IT, or related field, and one (1) year experience as Sys Analyst, SW Dev/Egr, IT,, or related field. Must have experience with: Oracle eBusiness Suite EBS.

Senior Software Developer [Multiple Openings]

Job Location:San Jose, CA, 95131 and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

With a high level of independent decision making capability and minimum supervision, the Senior Software Developer will be involved in all phases of the software development life-cycle which includes Design, Development, Analysis, Testing and Deployment. Duties include:

  • Designing and developing software for complex, large-scale software applications.
  • Implementing software development techniques and technology on diverse platforms and architectures.
  • Translating functional requirements into conceptual and detailed software designs.
  • Overseeing the testing and deployment of complex software applications.
  • Analyzing the software development cycle that includes determining the program requirements, identifying software limitations, and developing Oracle solutions.
  • This position requires travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in CS, EE, CIS, IT, or related field, and five (5) years’ progressive professional experience as SW Dev/Egr; Sol Egr/Arch, or closely related occupation. Must have experience with: Oracle eBusiness Suite; Oracle Database; SQL; PL/SQL.
