Qualification:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS, CE, EE, IS, IT, or closely related/equivalent, and progressive professional experience as a Data Engineer, Database Administrator, Technical Lead, Data/Application Dev Analyst, or closely related.

Job Description :

With high level of independence and minimum supervision, the Data Engineer is responsible for all phases of data analysis and engineering which includes Analyze, Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable data architectures to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing efficiency.
• Developing robust data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems and platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and architecting solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
• Monitoring database performance and conducting performance tuning activities to optimize query execution, resource utilization, and overall system throughput.
• Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies and tools to enhance data processing capabilities, improve scalability, and drive innovation in data management practices.

This position allows for telecommuting.

Travel required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. (This position requires 25% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.)
